Unusual Vintage Sterling Silver Bead Necklace Jewelry Christmas Gift

The sterling pendant looks like a cross between an alien and South American style design. It is marked 925 which I tried to to show in a photo. The necklace is 16 inches in length. Not sure if the beads are stone or glass they are cold to the touch in a cold enviornment.
