Antique Art Deco 9ct Gold Silver Paste Sapphire Aquamarine Ring. Antique early 20th century ring made from 9ct yellow gold and silver set with a single blue paste stone. The ring shank is made from thick 9ct yellow gold with an open galleried crown claw setting that holds the beautiful ocean blue coloured stone. This is a beautiful example of an imitation ceylonese sapphire or aquamarine which is man made paste, dyed artisan crystal glass. A delightful solitaire ring in excellent condition for its era, the stone being secure within its setting. No makers mark, marked'9ct Sil' to the inside of the ring. Please note that the antique ring box is not included this lovely paste ring will come in a new ring box. Metal: 9ct yellow gold and silver. Stone: Paste sapphire/aquamarine, ocean blue colour.
